1. License Types

You may choose from two types of licenses:

• Subscription License – Grants unlimited access to all features for the duration of your subscription on one macOS device, with unlimited updates. Subject to our Fair Use Policy.

• One-Time License – Grants a perpetual right to use the App on one macOS device, with one year of free updates. After that period, you may continue using the last version you received indefinitely or renew to access new updates.

If you wish to transfer your license to a different device, you must deactivate the license of the original machine before reactivation.

2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on our website are shown excluding taxes. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be calculated and added during checkout based on your billing country and local regulations. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually and can be canceled at any time.

• One-time licenses are a single purchase and include a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the one-time purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days – no questions asked.

4. API Keys

For one-time license users, an API key from a supported third-party "OpenAI API compatible" AI provider (e.g. OpenAI) is required. You are responsible for managing this key and covering any associated usage costs.

5. Data Privacy

We do not store, process, or sell your text data, prompts, responses, or API keys. All requests made through the app are either handled directly by your configured provider or routed securely when using the built-in subscription model.

You may optionally use local models for full offline, private operation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Updates and Support

• Subscription users are eligible for all updates for the duration of the subscription.

• One-time license users receive one year of complimentary updates from the purchase date.

  • After this period, you may continue using the last available version indefinitely or purchase an update renewal to receive future updates.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App;

• Reverse engineer, modify, or disassemble any part of the App;

• Use the App for any unlawful activity or in violation of any applicable regulations.

8. Accuracy of Materials

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but the materials on the App or website may occasionally contain errors, such as typographical or technical inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that all materials are complete, accurate, or current. We may change or update content without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the App will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost data, profits, or business interruptions) resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
